| Second Teaching Area |

| A second teaching area in Economics requires 24 credit points of units from the Political Economy table of units of study, comprising: |
| (i) a maximum of 12 credit points in 1000 level ECOP-coded units of study |
| (ii) a minimum of 12 credit points in 2000 or 3000 level ECOP-coded units of study |

| NB: Units completed in the subject area of Political Economy cannot be counted as credit toward subject areas or courses offered by the School of Economics. |
